✂️ Altered Items – Final Sale

If you choose the "Alter" option at checkout and your order is altered to your measurements, it becomes a customized item and is not eligible for return or exchange, even if it does not fit as expected.

Please double-check all measurements before submitting them, and feel free to reach out to us for assistance before confirming your alteration details.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.

To request a refund or replacement:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


🔁 Size Exchanges (Standard Items Only)

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact)

We are notified within 3 days of delivery

The requested size is available in stock

📦 Please note: Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Altered items cannot be exchanged, as they are custom fitted.
