Shipping policy

At Ora Ethnic, we aim to process all orders within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, standard delivery within Canada and the USA typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after any discounts). For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.

If you choose the "Alter" option at checkout, our team will follow up with a separate email where you can submit your measurements and any specific fit requests. Once we receive your details, our in-house tailors will get to work to ensure your outfit fits you just right.
